Have I re-torn my labrum?

I am 8 weeks post labrum (SLAP tear) surgery.  Been doing everything as direct by doctor including therapy. Not much pain all along. Have regained full motion but no strengthening exercises yet.  I raised my arm to about head height to hang a belt on a hook.  Felt a grinding pop in my shoulder. Had pain and warmth in my shoulder after that.  It has been 2 days and I still have soreness/ pain in the front upper part of my arm, on top of my shoulder near the collar bone and occasional shoulder pain when I move my shoulder certain ways.  I can still do all my therapy exercises with no more pain or difficulty than before.

Hello and welcome to the forum. Sorry for the delay in response.  How is it now? Is this still a concern?
