Help with Ankle MRI results

Hi, I’m a 27 year old female with a very active job. About none months ago I started having pain in my left ankle towards the Achilles heel which then spread to the the ankle joint, fibula and Talonavicular area. I also have had minor fibula fractures on both ankles. X-ray did not show any issues so I underwent MRI which showed;

- small effusion of the ankle and posterior Subtalar joints
- tiny dorsal Talonavicular joint margin osteophytes
- Small focus of bone oedema involving the cuboid at the fourth tarsometatarsal joint
- small is naviculare
- cystic change at the posterior lateral aspect of the ankle extending through PTFL
- small focus of cystic change and oedema within the fibula at the insertion of the PTFL

All other aspects of the ankle are intact so I have not included these details. I still don’t understand what any of these findings mean really and wonder if anyone could help me out?
