Hip dislocation to Limb lengthening, What do I do?

I have had a total of about 14 surgeries and 2 minor surgeries. Thirteen (13) of those surgeries where for hip dislocation. I was born with hip dislocation which was not found until I was about a year and seven months (1yr 7mo). I currently have pins in my hip to keep it together. The other surgery was for limb lengthening and was about 6 years ago. From that surgery everything got worse. My bone won't heal back and I’ve been on crutches ever since. One of the smaller procedures was for "twisting" the fixation device because it was too painful to bear. The other was to remove a screw from the fixation device. I currently have just a rod inside my thigh.

I honestly don't know where to go from here. A previous doctor said there was nothing else to be done. She did note that I would probably need a hip replacement in about 5 years (3 down). The most recent doctor told me that my right leg (w/ all the problems) was shorter that the left and I needed another limb lengthening surgery. I was shocked because I had already had that procedure done. The limb lengthening surgery has kept me on crutches and has made my condition worse.

I currently have little pain in my right hip. I am starting to have pain in my left hip and have had back pain where I cannot lift my left leg to get up from bed. I have pain in my thigh; if I sit and then try to get up I get like a “shock” kind of pain. This happens every day but I have learned ways to reduce it. The pain in my knee is unbearable; I have been pulled out of school because of it. I feel like it gets locked and won’t straighten. I was sitting in class and all of the sudden my knee locks and I feel the pain rushing up. Then my thigh starts like “bubbling” with pain, almost like a cramp. I wanted to cry and was turning red. The knee pain has happened about three (3) times.

I feel like the bigger problem now is the lengthening. The lengthening was the hardest to deal with and most painful. It was suppose to help. If I would have known that it would get this bad I would have never had it done. I know I was advised to get ANOTHER one but I honestly don’t want to. If this will help me out I guess I’ll do it.

    Background info:
I had hip surgeries from 1yr 7mo to about the age of 12. I had the femur lengthening at age 13. I am obese, 18 years old (19 in August), and I’m 5’3. I have been going to the gym for five (5) months (since I don’t get any more physical therapy), I feel like my leg keeps forgetting how to make muscle, I feel like I’ve made very little progress.
I don't want to be on crutches for the rest of my life. I've also have had a dietary change since the beginning of the year (2016 to today).

Here is a list of what I “have” medically,
           Obesity,
Encounter removal of internal fixation device,
           Nonunion of fracture,
           Nontraumatic slipped upper femoral epiphysis,
Residual foreign body in soft tissue.

If anyone has any suggestions, please help me out. I don’t know to who I should go or what to do.
