Is pain/tingling normal for being almost a year after ulnar nerve transp surgery?

I'm a 30 year old female, and I had simple ulnar nerve release and carpal tunnel surgery in August of 2016.  My symptoms of numbness and tingling in my hand and pain in my elbow came back, and it was then recommended that I have ulnar nerve transposition surgery (with fascial sling) which I had in May of 2017.
Fast forward to today...I have persistent dull aching and pain in my hand and fingers and in my elbow, in addition to some tingling in my hand and even up to my shoulder sometimes.  I also have pain on the under side of my arm from the armpit to the elbow.  At this point, I don't know if the surgery made it worse, or if this is just something that I'll be living with (or if I need more time to recover from the last surgery).  I'm not sure if I should go back to the same surgeon or go back to any doctor at all.  I'm just kind of at a loss of what the next steps should be, if any.  I've already had surgery twice and am worried about having another surgery if it will just fail again.  Thank you for your help!!!
