Hi there!

Well, without a detailed clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of your symptoms. with increased physical activity this is likely to the muscular fatigue/ spasm, though other possibilities related to GI/ GU causes may need to be ruled out. If the soreness is mild you could try some tylenol and ice-packs/ warm compresses for symptomatic relief. If the symptoms are more than mild or do not seem to improve in 7-10 days, I would suggest considering an evaluation by an internist and depending on the cause diagnosed/ suspected, it can be managed accordingly or specialist care may be sought.
Hope this is helpful.

Take care!
