L3-L5 herniated disks not improving

I have herniated disks in the lumbar region.. over the last 4 years I have had a few mri's because my back keeps getting worse (and they don't know why) left leg drags or limping after mild to moderate activity's.. can't sit long, stand long and recently am experiencing continual back spasm and nerve pinching.  what is going on?

pain is continuous.... take robaxin, stress arrest w/gaba and aleve daily to no avail

Hello KE5x10,

There are chances that there is progressive neuropathy under the compression of the nerves around the spinal discs. Is the pain continuous or intermittent?
Consult an orthopedician for the opinion for the surgical management of the disease. mEanwhile take lyrica or gabapentin under medical supervision.
