Low back hip pain only when walking or pressure

I am 37 wks preg. 1st child. Small framed, have a history from 2011 where I was diag. W osteopenia and had a stress fracture from workin out/running. Last year in oct I had a bone scan which showed my bone density was back to avg for my age and my calcium levels were good as well. But I'm fearing that since I've been prego maybe my bones have gotten bad again? I take a prenatal daily along with citrical twice daily but I have done something to my low back area almost feels more like my posterior right upper hip but I feel it in my low back. It only hurts when I put pressure on my right leg by standing or walking. It is so bad that I felt like I was gonna pass out each time I had to step on my right leg bc it would cause a sharp almost stingy pain to that spot in my low back and feel very tight. Could this be a stress fracture or are there other things that could be why I'm hurting?

Hi!
At 37 weeks, please call your Obs and Gyn immediately as this can be start of labor with the baby moving down and pressing on the nerves. Yes, if you had compression fracture in the past, then this too could be a possibility. Please do not strain yourself and do not stand for long. You cannot have an imaging study until you have delivered, so please call your Obs and Gyn immediately. Take care!
