Lower back, left hip,& left leg pain

I have pain in lower back and pelvic area, left hip pain, and pain on the back side of left leg.
I went to an orthopedic surgeon and they did an MRI on my back and left leg. The MRI s have been inconclusive.  Xrays were taken of left leg, left hip and back.  He said everything looked ok.  I have been to physical therapy several times over the past few years which helps for awhile  but the pain has gotten worse.   I am 51 years old.  I have lost 25 lbs in the last 3 months.  The pain this last week has been almost unbearable.  Could the hip be the problem?

Any Idea what it is.
I am afraid that the muscle from previous surgery is creating scar tissue and pulling the muscle down the whole leg.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello!

I would suggest you to take NSAIDs intermittently to relieve you of any symptoms of pain and also apply ice packs regularly.

You need to take some calcium supplements and continue physiotherapy. Achieve a BMI of less than 25 and get yourself some scans done on the present date.

Get your MRI commented by an expert radiologist and take a second opinion near another orthopedician to get a proper diagnosis.

Take care!

Same here! My X-ray review: FINDINGS:  Lumbar lordosis is maintained.  No acute fracture or subluxation is seen.  Facet arthropathy is greatest at
L5-S1 where bilateral foraminal narrowing is also worse.  Cholecystectomy clips are noted.
IMPRESSION:
Spondylosis is seen greatest at L5-S1.
My pain subsides when I'm not active but with little minor physical activities, I have pain in my lower left back and hip area. I was advised to try injections to alleviate my pain. I had a bad experience. My blood pressure dropped dangerously low. One of six injections felt like it was going into my stomach. Come to find out it was experimental injections. Hydrocodone 5-325 seem to help some but no cure. My new practitioner nurse informed me she can no longer prescribe  Hydrocodone to me as long as I am on Clonazepam due to the fact it has a interaction. She put me on Baclofen 20MG.
I am having side affects. It seems now all my body hurts, my brain doesn't  feel right.
Legs hurt worst. Any suggestions or procedures that may help to take the pain away?
Thank you.
You've had a rough time.  What kind of injections were you getting?  Steroids?  What about epidural injections?  Have those been tried?  Sorry about the med change and that it isn't working out.  Physical therapy provided no relief for you?
