Right Knee MRI on 17 year old boy : Impression states : Intrasubstance signal degeneration posterior horn medial meniscus, Sagittal PD fat-sat series 4 image # 7-9.
It means there is some damage to the meniscus (cartilage which helps take shock abd vibration).
