Mixed sclerotic and lytic lesion on right iliac bone

I recently had a CT scan of my abdomen and pelvic area.  I have been having pelvic pain and urinary changes.  CT showed ovarian cysts and I am having a Cystocopy next week to look at my bladder.  My question and concern is that the CT noted a 3 cm mixed sclerotic and lytic lesion on my right iliac bone.  I asked my doctor about it and he did not seemed concerned and wants to wait and do another xray in 4 months.  Should this be investigated more and should I demand more testing?
