Should I be worried, twitching in my left flexor pellicis breva, my thumb twitches?

I have almost constant twitching/spasm in my left flexor pellicis breva, which is causing my thumb to twitch.  Occasionally, it also occurs in my right hand.  No pain, but concern.  Do I need to see a doctor?

There are various causes of thumb twitching, including central nervous system disorders, cramp-fasciculation syndrome, autoimmune disorders, nutritional deficiencies, electrolyte imbalances, medications/drugs, electronics use, exercise, stress, and lack of sleep. If your symptoms persist, see a doctor for further workup and evaluation.
