Shoulder pain

A while back someone skied into me and knocked me down. I never had it checked out but things are not the same. Now years later, when I reach for something at a certain angle (posteriorly) or I am lying down, I cannot lift my arm without pain - actually lying down I cannot lift my arm if it is extended to the side (not at my side).
None of the tests in the online videos suggest rotator cuff injury. What else can it be?
