Spinal Stenosis

Does anyone else have spinal stenosis? What is the treatments you are having or have had to try to treat it?

Treatment really depends on the severity, and to be quite honest with you its not curative. It more a matter of trying to build up the surrounding musculature to compensate.

If your If your having a lot of numbness, severe pain, leg weakness, problems with balance, and or bowel and bladder problems, you might want to take a look at Surgery. Hopefully it won't get to that point.

I have lumbar and facet joint syndrome. I have taken meds, physical therapy, and several injections and nerve blocks.

I have it.  Treatment is injections, medications, and physical therapy and exercises.  Mine is Lumbar and I hurt most of the time.  I also have Facet Joint Syndrome so that ads to the pain...

Physical Therapy, injections and medications. Do you have you have Cervical or Lumbar, how bad is it? You're kind of young for this.
