Elongated cystic lesion along peroneus and brevis tendon

Has anyone ever seen an elongated cystic lesion along the peroneus and brevis tendon? Measures 4-5mm in traverse plane and at least 5.3 cm in the craniocauldal dimension. Imaging did not go any higher so the exact measurement is unknown. Please and thank you.

That sounds horrible!  You can post to your profile page in the photos section?  

So, did your doctor talk about course of treatment?  You obviously can't go on like that with that type of pain.  Does ibuprofen or any Nsaid take the edge off, reduce the swelling?

Hey there!  No swelling, just pain along the left side of my calf, up the back of my calf, sometimes inthe shin (not shin splints), on top of my foot at the joint, and around my ankle bone.  I’ve had days where walking is miserable.
Had an MRI and the above info in the first question is basically what was said. My doc said he has never seen a ganglion cyst like that before.  I tend to be the one that consistently throws docs off with their findings. Not fun!!!  
I go in for a second opinion on the 26th. The pain gets so bad sometimes that I just want to cut my leg off.
I wish I could post images on this forum to better show where it’s at and what it looks like.

So these are the tendons into the foot, right?  Do you have swelling? Were you having pain and swelling?  You've had an MRI?
