Which option for wrist pain in cast should I do?
End of 6 weeks in thumb spica cast for sorained/tore ligs. Anything besides light movement still causes swelling n pain in joint. When do you know if a joint is ready for pt and when should you just rest it for a couple more weeks? No MRI, trying immobilization first but do have some scaphoid lunate separation.
