Torn Menicus

I had a locking torn meniscus in my right knee and my Doctor ordered surgery. I canceled the surgery and started therapy and the pain left. Then I had the same thing in my left knee. I went to another doctor and told me the same thing that I need surgery. I did therapy instead and it left this goes back many years and still ok. in fact, I do intensive running on a treadmill.  I heard from many people that had surgery and are still suffering.
