Ulnar Sided Wrist Pain

Hello, I am 16. I got that pain on the top and the side of the Ulna bone. The pain started 2 months ago, one morning when I woke up. I haven't had an injury or overload, it started randomly. I haven't been doing any physical activity during this period, because I wanted to give it a rest. What can I do on my own, because the doctors in my country say I am all right and just give me pain relief drugs.

Possible causes of ulnar-sided wrist pain include fracture (unlikely in your case given absence of injury/trauma), arthritis, ulnar impaction syndrome (when ulna is longer than radius), inflammation or irritation of the tendons that bend and extend the wrist, triangular fibrocartilage complex injury, nerve injury or compression, and/or tumors/ganglion cysts.
