What could be going on with my swollen medial clavicle?

54 years old, female, 5’4”, 120 lb, white, only med is estrogen ring.

TL;DR I have left clavicular swelling that’s been pretty stable for 7 weeks although it’s been hurting a bit more lately. I’d describe the pain as burning and not related to movement. I can move my left arm and shoulder normally without pain. If I touch the area, that’s when it starts burning and then it will burn for hours (mild). The included photos and video were taken for other reasons recently. I tried to take the best pics I could from the CT scan but I’m not a doc. X-ray doc said it was a soft tissue injury. Ultrasound doc said soft tissue is clear. https://1drv.ms/f/s!AkTw5UhGcPfHguNhrYPmdngD6ZCo4Q

The longer story is that I noticed the swelling in the mirror about 7 weeks ago. I had no pain at the time. I iced it and took ibuprofen for a day and there was no change at all. I went to urgent care at my doc’s direction since I suspected an anterior dislocation and I know those need to be dealt with fast if you don’t want to end up with surgery. I have not seen that x-ray, but the urgent care orthopedist who took it said it was a soft tissue injury and to continue the ibuprofen and ice and it would be gone in a week. The next week, I had some chest pain/back pain (very unusual – I’ve always been really healthy) and I ended up in the ER and then admitted for a day. During the initial workup they wanted to rule out a dissection, so they took more X-rays and a CT and those are what I’ve included. They did not look at my clavicle there, since they were more worried about my heart. I am still being evaluated with heart and gallbladder tests but I don’t think anything serious has shown up yet. I had a pelvic MRI for an incidental liver mass (seen on the CT) and it was an FNH so no worries there. And no other worrisome things showed up on the MRI so that’s clear. During a follow up appointment this week, I reminded my primary care doc about the clavicle and she scheduled an ultrasound. The moment the ultrasound guy touched it he said, “feels like bone to me.” And the ultrasound came back totally clear today. I am supposed to call an orthopedist (finally) next week. I have had so many tests and exams after the hospital stay – HIDA scan, MRI, heart echo, heart stress echo, holter, etc, that I am not eager to get started on the clavicle, but I can’t just let it hurt forever. Any opinions are welcome.
