could it be a tumor?

It used to be hardly visible but now its growing larger slowly over years and it looks like it's stopped growing. If I sit for a Long time on a chair or a bench in class or any place I would feel an ache on the lump and sometimes I would feel an ache both on the lump and on my chest or heart . it looks a little greeny in colour and I think its vein or nerves.

Hello.  You sound young since you mention school which makes you an unlikely person age wise for such things as a tumor.  And a tumor in the chest area. . . hm.  Not sure what that could represent.  You see your doctor every year for a check up/ well visit?  This is a good time to ask about it.  Cysts might be more a common scenario that I'd consider.  good luck

Thank you so much for your advice , I had missed some details. The lump is on my left ankle before that I had sprained my ankle then after some days I see a small lump that flatens when I massage on the part then after few hours it will return back to its original size . It took 6-7 years to grow to this  current size but now its 13 years and not growing. Now its not growing . What I'm suspecting is a neurofibroma ,it is movable. Still it reduces its size when I massage it. Should I cut remove it if doctor insists. I will be doing the FNAC test as told by doctor. Thank you.
