Whats wrong with my wrist?

I had a injury to my wrist about 2-3 months ago. I went to the ER thinking it was sprained but what really worried me was when it was shaking uncontrollably. We followed up with my doctor and she checked it out and sent me to a speacialist. He thought it might have been nerve damage at first. EMG clear and X-rays clear too. So he assumed tendonitis or tendonosis and perscribed physical therapy. Its helped gain strength back in my hand. A few weeks ago i was having savere pain in my elbow and forearm. They did a MRI on just my elbow. The MRI came back clear and he just told me to keep doing therapy on my wrist since he cant think of anything of what it would be. Lately i have had numbness in my thumb, index finger, midfle finger, ring finger and pinky finger as well as pain in this fingers. My wrist, forearm, and elbow gets pain in it. I also get pain when i grip something too long. I also have a hard time laying in bed typing. Is this tendons, ligaments, nerve, inflammation?
