Hello.
I am still not clear about the cut shot. Anyways, it seems the wrist has either been injured or is being used a lot for some work which requires constant muscle and tendon work. Typing is one of them.
You should also rule out arthritis. Try some anti-inflammatory drugs to see any changes.

plz. help !
Hello.
Is it only one wrist or both the wrists?
I guess before you start exercising for the wrist pain, you need to get a diagnosis. The exercise should not worsen the condition even more. It will be hasty on my part to suggest you an exercise right now.
And when you mention the "cut" shot, is it cricket?
Regards

Hi Gourab.
Have you been working a lot on the computer? Since when do you have the swelling and pain?
You have to think of Carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS). If you have the CTS, there should be some numbness on the fingers or some weakness. The median nerve gets trapped.
Have you got any orthopedician see the wrists? Do you have the pain in any specific positions of the wrist?
