Hello!

The risk is with deep cuts the repair will be prolonged, you should have gone for some surgical repair immediately. Some stitches would have done the magic.

I would suggest you to check if you have any infection and follow up with an orthopedician. If you have any particular tendon or muscle weakness then you have to go for surgical correction if the repair is inadequate. If the healing is complete then you will have to do physiotherapy to strengthen your tendon or muscle.

Take care!

If you cut tendons and ligaments you need to have them repaired, I do not believe that they repair themselves in this type of situation.  You should also be concerned about infection.  Go to the doctor and make sure that you have not done serious damage.  Best wishes.
