and forgot to write:
ive met a physiotherapist, he didnt say a ****... in this dumb country (northern europe), they can never help us.
your saying that my issue is probably caused by either:
1. tight muscle attachments.
2. fibrosis
3. pain in elbow joint.
4. muscle injury.
5. wrist injury.
my thoughts:
a. whats tight muscle attachments and is there a fix for that? shouldnt mri & xray show something then?
b. whats fibrosis and is there a fix for that? shouldnt mri & xray show something then?
c. what do you mean? i have no pain in my elbow joint. shouldnt mri show something then?
d. what do you mean? i have no muscle injuries. shouldnt mri & xray show something then?
e. i have perfectly fine wrist... shouldnt mri & xray show something then?
Hi!
If you have tight muscle attachments since birth or there is fibrosis due to repeated injury, then you can have problems in rotator movements of forearm. It can also be due to pain in elbow joint as in Tennis or Golfer’s elbow.
Another possibility is muscle injury. It can also be wrist injury which is limiting the movement. So, try physiotherapy and see if makes the movement better. Take care!
