left knee pain

Lately I been waking up in the morning with a sharp pain on my left knee whenever i moved it and I don't know why, I can't find any hint, it's not even swelling. I'm just 17 and no history of having a knee fracture or accident nor have an arthritis. But I've been diagnosed of having pneumonia twice and cured and right now experiencing a slight levoscoliosis.

Thank you, I'm thinking the same thing. I'm worried with this pain because it only occurs each morning when I wake up yet never when I'm asleep and this isn't normal.
