pain in my lower leg and butt

i have this immense pain in my butt and lower leg.  i cant walk up right without feeling an immense amount of pain so i have to be hunched over just a little bit.  i cant bend over at the waist to pick something up i have to almost squat to pick everything up.  pivoting and rotating on my leg hurts alot too (like the back leg in a baseball swing).  i cant really stretch the muscles because it hurts way to much.  i cant even lay down to try and sleep without them hurting so i have to be sitting for the pain to be bearable.  what can i do to help with these muscle strains or whatever it is that i have.

Hey maria what did you have to do to fix it?  I am (was) a very active person and would really like to be able to start biking, golfing, basketball, softball, and other activities again.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
You have to go for an X-ray of your Pelvis and hip joint to find out if you have any problem. Take anti inflammatory drugs intermittently for pain and with diagnosis go for proper rest and treatment near the orthopaedician . Take care!
