ruptured achilles tendon

I ruptured my Achilles tendon 3 times. I had 2 surgery, but again I re-ruptured it 2 weeks after my second surgery. Do you think is it better I go with another surgery? or I go with conservative treatment?
Do you think if I walk I will walk with a permanent limp forever?

Hi!
I am sorry to hear about your medical problems. Yes, Achilles tendon can rupture despite repair. Usually this is because the tendon is too tight or there is wrong weight bearing or the individual puts too much pressure on the tendon. Sometimes simple measures, such as soft padding at the heel end of shoes help avoid ruptures in future. Others may need especially designed shoes.  Also, you may now need a tendon lengthening operation followed by rest (or cast) and physiotherapy. If it is a mild rupture, conservative approach may help. This will have to be followed up by correct weight bearing, physiotherapy and use of correct foot wear. Please consult your doctor regarding this. Take care!

Thank you very much for your respond.
After my second surgery I rupture my Achilles again. Even with cast with a little movement I heard a pop sound, but I don’t feel any pain.
What does tendon death means?
Why my tendon is so fragile now?
I am looking to for your reply.
Thank you
