vertigo

I have  been experiencing dizziness for several months.  I have been diagnosed with migraine dizziness but I recently had an x-ray and MRI of my neck. It showed I have spondylosis of the cervical spine most prominent at the C5-C6 level where there is posterior disk bulging and osteophytes encroaching into the subarachnoid space without evidence of cord compression. Ido have shooting pains in my right shoulder and tingling in my left hand periodically.   I was wondering if the disk could be pressing on a nerve or somehow causing my dizziness?

I am waiting to hear what kind of replies you get. I also have cervical problems with bouts of vertigo. This just started last winter. I noticed that my neck bothers me at the same time I get my bouts of vertigo. Doctors say it is not from my neck but I feeel it is.
