Hi, I just had a 12cm dermoid cyst removed along with my left ovary 12 days ago.
I am experiencing serveer swelling my stomach is swollen and I look heavily pregnant.
I am also experiencing pain in my left pelvic area.
Has anyone experienced these post surgery and how long would one expect the swelling to be around until it starts to ease.

I'm sorry you're going through this. You are still fairly early in the recovery phase. If your surgery was done laparoscopically, the bloating / distension may take longer to resolve since they pump you up with gas. And healing time is somewhat individual. But it seems you should be seeing some gradual improvement by now. Hope this is all soon behind you!
