Blue dot on vaginal ultrasound

I haven't gotten my results back just yet but managed to see a small light blue blob on the screen after my transvaginal ultrasound today. My research has said that it is blood flowing away from a source, but can anyone explain to me further what that means? Is this just a cyst?

I am sorry you meant transvaginal. It may be a cyst. Most ovarian cysts are benign. 98% are benign. A woman has a 1.4% of eve getting ovarian cancer. Less if you are under 50.

I do not know much about vaginal cysts. I only understand ovarian cancer. What does the report or your doctor say.
