Irregular borders thick walled cysts

Hello still trying to find  answers to my cysts.i went for a follow up after second scan showed the heterogenous ovary from novembers scan has changed to 3 irregular borders thick walled cyst with increased vascularity.largest cyst being 20 x 14mm.gyno follow up last week he thought it was a corpus luteum cyst breaking down, but im not so sure.ive seen these characteristics of my cysts could be malignant looking at research.but gyno thinks most likely corpus luteum but why do I have 3 small cysts.my ovary is slightly smaller than 1st scan to2 bs which he said is very reassuring.i have another scan after my next period.why are they not as concerned as me.i don't like that these chat are irregular thick walled and have blood flow it sounds so scary.has anyone had anything similar please thanks Michelle xx

The only thing you can do if you are worried is get a second opinion. There is nothing wrong with that. I am not a doctor and I do not know exactly what they are seeing.  You could also ask for a CA125 blood test. A GP can do that.  Shrinking would not be normal for cancer. My cancer doubles in size in two weeks even with chemo. I had to have 2  emergency CTs in January and in each case the cancer had grown in 2 weeks since my last CT.  If you just feel something is not right then push for a second opinion or blood test.
