UPDATE!!

I had posted a question earlier about my symptoms and that I was having laparoscopy surgery on Monday (yesterday), well I had the surgery and the doctor said everything was fine. He told my husband that he did find on one of my ovaries very little adhesion and I think he removed them..And he did say my uterus dropped somewhat..Still ain't sure what is causing all my terrible pain, but I thank God it wasn't ovarian cancer..I have a follow up with him next Friday! Thank You for all those that talked with me through this...Even though my results were negative for cancer now, it still put a terrible scare on me and I want to be here for those that do have it and need someone to talk to..Email me or anything, I am here for y'all!

....I am terribly sore from the surgery, more sore than I thought I'd be..And very very tired! I don't know what the doctor will do next , said something about removing the uterus if my pain continues, but he wanted that to his last resort..What are the risk/side effects of removing the uterus?? IF it does come to that I know I won't to keep my ovaries! I just would like to know what happens when the uterus is removed and all? Thanks Y'all and know I am here for y'all, I do care! God Bless!

So happy for your great report!  Sorry...I am not sure of the side effects (except for no periods) of removing the uterus.  Have you been checked for endometriosis?  Along with my ovarian cancer, I had multiple tumors from endometriosis throughout my abdomen and they weren't previously discovered by either exams or the MRI.  I had lots of pain too.  Just a thought.  Good luck to you!
