Has anyone been misdiagnosed with PID? I didn't have a uti but annoying bloating and pain on off left side. Two years ago I had a very small cysts and a few fibroids small detected from pelvic ultrasound.I went last week because of bloating sometimes I look 5mnths pregnant then next morning empty belly flat again..I noticed after I drink coffee symptoms affect me more n have changed my diet to less acid food n aloeverajuice n cleansing yogurts activist help..8glasses of water,,but I am wondering if anyone was misdiagnosed with PID, I know I probably have something because I have heavy period first day clotting,then lighter for 5days then weird discharge for 8days,never had this before..did have precancerous cells 20years ago and had leep surgery,,,afraid to call doc,he has me scheduled for pelvic ultrasound next week,,,I also have dizziness here n there could that be premenopausal?

Pelvic Ultrasound is good move. You have a good doctor. I hear you are concerned. I have been through the fear it is no fun. You have to just take it one step at a time.
