Pain in lower stomach, ovaries area

I have been feeling terrible in my lower stomach for the last few months. Far below my bellybutton and seems like my ovaries. During intercourse, the pain is unbearable at the front of my vagina, and it hurts nonstop. I had an ultrasound done and they found nothing wrong. They just said theres nothing wrong and nothing else they cn do. I am not sure what else to do, I know that something is wrong. Does anyone have any idea what else it can be?

Could it be endometriosis? That cannot be seen on imaging.

It could be an adhesion where your ovary is stuck to something. I would get as second opinion. If you feel something is wrong keep speaking up. I use the phrase Something is wrong but I do not know what it is. This takes Drs. off the defensive.
