Ultra sound report help

I got this report and I have NO idea what to do with it, or what it means!

We demonstrate the right ovary to measure 3.2 x 2.1 x 3.8cm.  Dominant Follicle of the right ovary measuring 2.6x 2.2 x 1.5 cm is seen with elements of posterior wall acoustical enhancement seen, suggestive of a cystic nature.  Slightly obscured margination is seen due to adjacent bowel loops.

The left ovary measures 3.6 x 2 x 2.9cm.  Follicles about the right ovary are noted.  The left ovary is seen with dominant bilobed follicle measuring 2.3 x 1.2 x 1.6 cm is noted.  No evidence for adnexal periovarian fluid is noted.

Hello,
I have been experiencing a lot of abdominal and lower back pain with various degrees of pain for at least a year. Recently, I had a series of blood work done where one showed blood in my urine and the other a slightly lower than normal potassium level. I also had a renal, abdominal, and vaginal ultra sound done that revealed growths in my uterus. My primary care physician told me to go see my GYN Doctor. I am a little disturbed by my PCP's cavalier attitude regarding my heath, but mostly I wonder if low potassium, bloody urine and vague uterine growths should worry me.

ps

I would caution that radiology : ultrasounds , ct scans and so on are just 2 dimensional shadows of reality
what is important is the context
such as age, menstrual cycle, symptoms, prior history
physical exam
