Hi! I am writing from Italy and sorry everybody for my English. Here we do not have a forum like this, that's why I am writing you.
My friend Ros is going to play her last chance against ovarian cancer. She is doing gemgitabine but it doesn't work. Doctors suggested her a new mab-therapy called PANKOMAB.
Of course it will be double blind so 25 per cent of possibilities she will not have the right drug. But she has nothing to lose.
I have  read that in US they have already started phase II with pankomab and it is showing very good results.
Has anybody here already done this immunotherapy? Is is really efficient as they say?
Please help me...I don't know how to encourage her!!!!!!!!

Amgen 386 does not make me sick. It is a new targeted therapy that deprives cancer cells of nutrients. It is only in trials. It hav given me a good year.

Hi Alex! she has stopped Gemgitabine today because CA125 doesn't decrease anymore and will start pankomab next week as a single drug. Can you explain me what's amgen 386? how do you feel?

I have never tried it but it looks promising. Will she be on chemo as well? I have been on Amgen 386 and I think I am getting the real thing. I have been on it with Doxil for over a year.
