rib pain and trouble breathing - sound anything like ovarian cancer?

I've had rib pain (my whole rib cage, both sides) for a few years and its been steadily getting worse. For a while now it causes trouble breathing, where each breath feels like when you're trying to get a deep breath, like my lungs are constricted. These pains get worse when I feel full after eating and when I go #2.

Also feel/look bloated, feel feverish, tired, back ache, right sided ovary pain (stabbing, twinges), heavy period with bad cramps, and pms symtoms that basically take up 3 weeks of the month.

I've been to doctors who haven't been able to help, but am hoping for an ultrasound.

Thanks

An ultrasound is the only way to find ovarian cancer. Let us hope it is something else. The heavy periods and stabbing pains together are not usually a sign of ovarian cancer. Other ovarian problems like polycystic ovarian syndrome. By the time I had pain I had had no periods at all.
