treatment of ovarian cyst

Due to continuous bleeding for more than one week and  continue lower abdomen pain since 4 days, I was feeling very much week. After ultrasound of lower abdomen results enlargement of left ovary and cyst measuring 4.4 x 3.2 x 4.8 cm with volume of 36 cc in size small size of uterus (6.1 x 3.5 cm) few small fibroids with one 17 x 9 mm fibroid.
Radiologist suggested MRI pelvis for further evaluation of a doubtful cystic area seen in pouch of Douglas.

After taking pain killer, becasule and iron tablet I am not felling any relieve from pain. Please suggest what action to be taken.

What is your doctor saying is your next step. Some doctors like to see if the cyst will shrink on its own. Others do surgery. If they do surgery get them to try to save the ovary. 98% of ovarian cysts are not cancerous. They can be just as painful sometimes more painful. Sometimes they put you on birth control. It depends on the cyst. Pain killers and Iron can set up bad constipation which is really painful.  Even by themselves.Taking Miralax and stoll softeners can help. I also take ducalax. If you get constipated to the point of throwing up it is serious. I was there this week.
