Cysts are usually treated by birth control (shrinks them) or surgery.  So far as I know, there is no diet that will help as a cyst is caused by an egg (or part of) not making it properly through ovulation.

Sorry, my laptop's out of commission, so I've not been on in a while.  So long as it is one cyst, you shouldn't have to worry.  I had a single cyst, and the surgeon told me at the follow-up I should expect no problems with conception.  He said even if he had had to take my ovary, since I'd have still had one, I'd have still had no issues.

Thank you for your reply . I heard first time about D & C from you.
So is D& C  the best way to treat a cyst.. I can handle laser treatments but I dont think so I am prepared for an open surgery.

I would make an appointment with a doctor or clinic.  This is not something that should be taken lightly.
I had a cyst after an abortion long ago and I was doubled over in pain, with nasty discharge.  I went back to him and he had to perform and D & C.
A D & C is a dusting & cleaning of your uterus, where they remove the cyst.
I was told that I would never have any children....I have 3 sons.
