please help!

I just had surgery 2 days ago to remove a large cyst off my right overy and now they want to set up surgery again to have a full hysterectomy bc they saw i have severe case of endometriosis.
I ended up back in the ER last night bc of unbareable pain and nothing was helping so they gave me more pain meds thru IV which only helped out a little and did a cat scan and only showed I have hydropic gallbladder and the sonagram i had done a month ago showed i had Small volume of blood within the uterine canal. They have not addressed this problem at all.
I have had many surgerys in the past with having a tumor removed from my left overy and then having my left overy removed a yr later, iv had my appendix removed, my tubes tied but this has been the worst surgery yet with a lot of pain. i can not move bc it hurts so bad in my lower right side near my hip, i can not pee without my bladder being completely full and it comes out on its own which that just makes the pain worse and i am lost on what to do now! I called my doctor and he says he doesnt know what to tell me.
i am looking for a new doctor bc he is not a good doctor at all! long story short he didnt even talk to me after my surgery to let me know what was going on at all. my dad told me then the nurse did so thats just 1 problem iv had with him. i will take and advise now on what i can or should do! thanks so much

Hello,
For such pain when hysterectomy has not been done , take the anti-inflammatory pain killers and seartiopeptidase as advised earlier. If the pain persists then any infection has to be ruled out.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

I had it done last wednesday and it was a outpatient surgery so i went home the same day. i went back the next day with a lot of pain and they gave me iv meds that helped but after they wore off i was in pain again.
Im not good with taking pain meds at all so theres only so little i can actually take and with having 3 kids i have to stay alert for them. thanks!

I hope that you get some answers! It does not sound nice at all - are you still in hospital? Maybe they can give you some stronger pain killers!

Please re read what I have wrote..
I did not have a hysterectomy yet!
I only had a cyst removed from my right overy is all I had done 5days ago.
I have had this surgery before and have never experianced this kind of pain before. And I was wondering what the other things I have wrote about meant since I'm not getting any answers to that till the 20th on my next appt.
Thank you

Hello,
I can understand your concern but hysterectomy is a major surgery and it is normal to have pain after this surgery. Apply warm compresses and take anti inflammatory drug like Ibuprofen or Diclofenac after consulting your gynaecologist. She can also add seratiopeptidase to your medicines for faster healing. Avoid doing any strenuous activity till there is complete healing.
