Complex ovarian cyst

We are planning to have a donor egg cycle in July. I had my pelvic exam done last week and there are 2 small hypoechoic nodules on my left ovary. I’m really worried it can be malignant. My last pelvic exam was done September 2018, with no cysts. I had a failed IVF and a failed FET cycle.
Had anyone had a similar experience?
Thanks in advance.

Ovarian cysts are common and rarely malignant. They typically resolve on their own within 3 or 4 months. Two common types of benign (non-cancerous) cysts that are hypoechoic on ultrasound are endometriomas and hemorrhagic cysts.

I hope this helps ease your mind. Best of luck conceiving.
