Cyst ovarian

Hi im semat i have 2kids I done CT scan they find out i have   there is a large cyst noted in relation to the left adnexa most likely ovarian in original  this cyst was noted to measure approximately 32mm  . This is normal,

Ovarian cysts are common and most resolve on their own. 32mm / 3.2cm is fairly small and not a concern for ovarian torsion. So I assume it is just being monitored for now via periodic ultrasounds?
