Cyst symptoms

I posted this on the cyst forum...but no one answered. I hope someone can help me. I'm pretty scared.

I've recently had an u/s. I have two suspected endometriomas, one on each ovary...about 3 cm...
I have a history of endometriosis & endometriomas, was dx w/ endo after a lap 7 years ago...large chocolate cyst on left ovary.

My question is...most of my symptoms are the same as they were 7 years ago...pelvic pain, pressure, ibs-like symptoms...with the exception of more indigestion-gerd like symptoms this time.

of course when i google those symptoms w/ cysts i find ovarian cancer.

can benign cysts also cause gas and indigestion???

Thank you all SO MUCH!!!!
I'm so nervous. My lap is scheduled for this Friday. I'm terrified of surgery but so ready for this pain to be over with. I'm a mess.
I have alternating constipation/diarrhea--more C though
stomach pain after eating
indigestion
pelvic pain-vaginal pain
inner thigh pain

I dealt w/ this 7 years ago. I was really hoping my two pregnancies would have "cured" my endometriosis...but apparently not.
Just really hoping it's just endo and that I get thru surgery ok.
Thanks again for your encouraging posts. I'm going to try to think positively.

7 weeks back I had lap surgery, I had functional cyst
Now I think my Symptoms started 2 years back, which I ignored.
1. Stomach reflux
2. Light pain on thigh area
3. Unable to sleep on right side
4. Vomiting quiet frequent
5. Initially gained weight, but when I started exercise and controlled diet my weight dropped very fast. I lost 40 lbs in 4 months.
6. Acne around ear area.
7. Dull facial skin
8. Lost facial glow.

After Surgery, No stomach reflux, no acne, no vomiting, Acne just disappeared, skin is glowing, I have gained weight. Feel very healthy.

Hi, I also had all the symptoms of ovarian cancer....  They found an endometrioma on right ovary and lots of fibroids in uterus... Had total Lap hyst... It was not Cancer!!!!
My doctor informed  me that cysts can cause all those kinds of symptoms especially as they grow.... I was a nervous wreck, but all turned out well... Please think positive thoughts and know you are not alone..........  Let us know how it turns out

take care, Gina

Hi,
The "Pap" won't tell you anything regarding your ovaries..The test you need to have is the TVUS (transvaginal ultrasound) .. That will give you a better idea of what's going on, but won't diagnose malignancies. The only way, unfortunately, to determine if there is a malignancy is through the path report during/after surgery.
Just remember that all cysts are 95% benign...

Good luck ..

Nope, I've never had anyone tell me of any kidney scarring.
Maybe it's endo adhesions? My MIL had endo and it was attached to her kidneys.
