Anyone that can answer my questions or have similar experiences please comment

I'm new to this, so I've never shared my experiences,  I have a lot of problems & concerns.. I never thought experience with just a "cyst" I am very confused on my situation right n started around 3 years ago and just seems to be getting worse and bot me a lot. About 3 Years ago i found out about my first cyst(which somet think it has been the only one and just never went away) if that's possib because I've been to the er for the pain and recently been to er from th constipation, night sweats, back pain, tailbone/low spine pain (narcotics even stop the pain, when i have my period everytime i feel like i could d the pain btw I'm only 24 everytime i go to er they say its an ovarian cyst your left ovary after doing ultrasounds then what confuses me is they al compare the new us to the previous one? Why would they compare the and shapes as if it were the same cyst they are watching? They've never me oh your cyst disappeared on its own.. so my thought are always its be the same one. i started seeing a new gyno after my previous one reti last time i saw her we talked of checking me for endo but she wanted m checked for cervical/ovarian cancer since cancer runs in the family both well i lost my insurance and missed an appointment because i couldn't and the next time i went back she was no longer there. my new gyno la seen me because i was constantly. like every few two to three months i end up in er they said everytime you have a uti and an ovarian cyst and bacteria vaginosis and an ovarian cyst, one time i believe the said divert so I'm not too sure on whether or not they really know what's going on, frustrating and not until last year they noticed a change in appearance a it got a little bigger and they also said the larger portion should be consi nonfunctional and now in jan this past monday i had an Ct scan for foll of abdominal. pain causing my most recent er visit on the 18th they did an us like normal in er well my doc called with the results i have a left a mass possibly a hemorrhagic cyst it hasn't changed from last presentati although that would be wrong it grew 1.4 Cm from the last time they tol the size and if its a hemorrhagic cyst i thought those were considered functional cysts how can it go from partially not functional to a function so tough to understand i also have free pelvic fluid i asdsume is from bl hemorrhage from the cyst. i also have constipation and then i have my unexplained weightloss, weakness, fatigue, and a few other things i kno possibly be linked i do have swollen lymph nodes in my groin and neck particularly the left like by my collarbone its a little bigger than the rest then not swollen at all on the other side I've had it for over a month and my last er visit my doc suspected a viral infection so i had blood tests a stool samples no infections so my doc is sending me to a gastro speciali a neurologist(for other health problems) i just feel so much pain and fe and weak lately i just lost my job they called me monday as i was about have that ultrasound and fired me because i guess they needed to repla because i have medical issues right now which is very unfair and i don't any insurance so i almost feel like some doctor try to rush me in and ou without explaining certain things or doing certain tests because they thi won't pay and I'm young so i feel they don't take me seriously sometim what to do anymore my gyno tried me on birth control it didn't help in started me on that then the next time it had grown some. She talked ab sugery and then ended up saying it wasn't necessary since the time afte was the time it didn't change or grow.. btw when they said it changed in appearance they said it was bilobed and almost looked like one cyst wit second one growing off the first one they also said there was free pelvi then too. nothing has been said by my doc about a follow up ct or us. o but maybe my gyno will contact me and want to do one i had the result ct scan sent to her too.. Anyone share any similar stories or any info wit will be very appreciated.. You can also email me ***@**** Thanks, Jess Hope you all are doing good..

Sorry you have been dealing with all this! Glad to hear your surgeon did not remove either ovary since they are so important to our health (as well as fertility).

Updating: It was an endometrioma not a dermoid, so she drained it. She also found a smaller cyst on my right side she went ahead and removed. She did find endometriosis not mild but not too severe either. She ran a blue dye tests on my tubes and the left was great but the rights a little blocked up with scar tissue.

Just updating, my biopsy came back normal. My gyn suspects I have endometriosis which can cause my bowel issues. My GI says he also thinks I have a slow colon so now hes been having me on miralax daily. Hasn't helped much. Oh and my gyno thinks my left adnexal mass is a dermoid because I have had it for over three years now. I know she's not positive though, so I can't help but feel like I want it removed asap. It only scares me that I read some dermoid/teratoma can be or become malignant.. & My Grandma had Ovarian/Breast cancers, and I read that endometriosis raises the risk of three subtypes of ovarian cancers.

Well I had my colonoscopy Monday and I was a little out of it but I'm pretty sure they said they didn't find any diverticulitis (so i was misdiagnosed)  they also said they seen no tumors or polyps just internal hemmorriods probably from being constipated and straining, but he said they took a little tissue from the lining for a biopsy. Why's that necessary when I have no tumors, polyps, or diverticulitis? Something must have concerned them?

Well I had my gastroenterology doctor appointment today and he is scheduling me an appointment to have a colonoscopy:( I was actually supposed to have a follow up with my primary caregiver to have one after a trip to the E.R. and they said I possibly have Diverticulitis to confirm the diagnosis because colon cancers can be misdiagnosed at first as diverticulitis. I am a little worried because of all my symptoms and I thought Diverticulitis was a misdiagnosis when they told me.. but Id rather it be that then colon cancer, oh I forgot to talk with him about my lymph nodes if he is who i am supposed to talk to about it, what do you think my chances are of a misdiagnosis?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
One of the most effective treatments for ovarian cysts is use of contraceptive pills or progesterone pills. It can also be treated surgically and this procedure is known as drilling. Other modes of treatment are laparoscopic surgery, laparotomy or surgery for complicated ovarian cysts.

So you can opt for these treatment options. Considering the other symptoms, irritable bowel syndrome and coccydynia for the tail bone should be ruled out. Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a functional bowel disorder characterized by mild to severe abdominal pain, discomfort, bloating and alteration of bowel habits. Inflammation of the bony area (tailbone or coccyx) located between the buttocks is referred to as coccydynia. Coccydynia is associated with pain and tenderness at the tip of the tailbone between the buttocks. The pain is often worsened by sitting.

Caused by injury to the coccyx like trauma, fall or normal labour or even spontaneously without any cause.
Lastly the nausea can be due to gastritis but if there are any swollen lymph nodes these need further investigation by a FNAB (fine needle aspiration biopsy).

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Also my most recent scan they say I have a left adnexal mass (possible hemorrhagic cyst) i sometimes get the stabbing along with throbbing and constant dull ache but its on the same side as mine.. i read hemorrhagic cysts can cause pain because of it bleeding. Does anyone have pain in your hips or tailbone ever hurt like they are being pushe'd on by it mine do but idk why.. its not big its bigger than 3 cm but less than 5cm.. and they also said they don't know if it was coming off from just the ovary or the tube.. i didn't know they can come form from the tube too..
