I have this big painful bump on labia. Please help!!

So it started as a scratch, and then, a big, swollen, painful, pus filled lump that is a little purple in the middle appeared. It hurts to walk or sit. I have no idea what it is!! Please help!!

You may have a Bartholin's gland cyst, with or without superinfection. You should get it checked out by a gynecologist. If clinically warranted, this can be further characterized with MRI pelvis.

Ouch! It sounds like a cyst. You may need to see a doctor to have it lanced / drained or removed.
