I'm not sure what to say about the pregnancy test. But the hemorrhagic cysts will likely resolve on their own, no intervention needed.

But doc told me that surgery is required.
They explained my cyst as an endometrial disorder which is lifelong n it will continue with my period cycle. The root cause of this disorder is mensus cycle. They said that i cant get pregnant naturally . But my period is due and m feeling that m preg.
I realized after I replied that you said the cysts were endometrial / hemorrhagic. So it sounds like they may be endometriomas or hemorrhagic. According to this site http://ovaryresearch.com/ovarian_cysts.htm, hemorrhagic cysts go away by themselves but endometriomas do not.

It is my understanding that endometriosis can only be definitively diagnosed with exploratory surgery and biopsy of suspected endometriosis lesions. Granted, symptoms can make one suspect endometriosis (endo) but a biopsy of tissue is needed to diagnose it. I have read that endometriosis causes impaired fertility but I don't know the statistics.

I wish you the best in managing your condition and conceiving.
Thanks a lot.  I have heaviness down in my lower belly and slight pink scar lines are visible . M experiancing frequent urination and clear watery vaginal discharge odorless since my period is due. I want to ask that these can be symptoms for preg or not ? M confused
