Likely treatment, ovarian cyst after losing one ovary to a cyst previously

A few years ago I had an ovarian cyst it twisted and was removed along with my right ovary. I’ve just been for a scan and there is a 35mm cyst on my left ovary, are they likely to remove it even though it’s small ? I’ve not yet had children and don’t want to lose my left ovary

35mm (3.5cm) is small so monitoring it should be the recommended course. Most cysts go away on their own in 2-3 months. What type of cyst does the scan say it is?
