complex cyst with irregular wall-cancer?

I just found out I have a 7mmx5mmx4mm complex cystic mass that is anechogenic and contains an internal projection of a cluster of small cysts with irregular walls and hyperechogenic foci which appears avascular. i go for an SIS ultrasound and MRI next week but am thinking cancer immediately.  O Rad is 4.  Is this dangerous?  If cancer, how likely is this to spread?  My PAP was normal.  Images of uterus suggest adenmyosis and i have a 3.5 cm cyst complex mass without surrounding blood flow. they believe  it is atypical endometrioma vs dermoid. i cant stop thinking and worrying which i know doesn't help. Im 44 with irregular periods for last year.

Most ovarian cysts are benign and resolve on their own. Hopefully by now you have more info from the other images. What more did you find out?
