Ovarian cyst linked to hip and back pain

Ok so a few months back i went to the Er with what i thought was kidney stones but after they did a CT scan only found a 5 1/2cm cyst on right ovary that didn't explain the pain on my left side.

So anyways a week and a half ago i was getting ready to go out with friends and out of no where i got bad cramps that i thought were diarrhea pains so i went to the bathroom and the pains got so bad i ended up ripping off my cloths and after 30 minutes of setting there i finally had diarrhea and vomited. The pain was excruciating and my family called the EMS but living so far out it took about an hour to get there and i couldn't do anything but lay in the fetal position and cry. By the time the EMS arrived the pain began to fade to a tolerable amount and i didn't ride to the hospital. I made a doctors appointment to address the cyst and the possibility of it rupturing the next day only to hear that from my general practitioner to come back if the pain came back and it could be the cyst or gas. I came home and called my OBGYN and made an appointment with him but missed it because of snow.

The past few days i've had pretty sever hip and back pain along with abdominal pain and its very sharp when i have a bowel movement. My hip bones almost ache like they are falling apart I'm wondering if all of this can be linked to the cyst or if i'm just falling apart every where. I'm pretty certain that my episode with the EMS was that cyst bursting but i thought if it did then it's over and you don't have anymore pain. But after reading maybe it twisted. I'm wondering if these symptoms could be from the cyst if it's still there or if anyone has had similar things happen them, and what can you do about them.

I'm gonna make another appointment tomorrow. I found that a heating pad helps with the pain. When it hurts, I've never felt anything like it. Both hip  hurt like thier coming apart and it hurts to walk. Wonder if there is a nerve involved.

Sounds like a rupture to me too, you really need to get checked out to be sure there is no internal bleeding or infection.

The pain is likely from the cyst or its rupture which can cause infection.
