Hi,
Sudden and severe pelvic pain, often with nausea and vomiting, may be a sign of torsion or twisting of the ovary on its blood supply, or rupture of a cyst with internal bleeding. This warrants immediate medical attention. Check with your doctor for proper evaluation. Take care always.

Hi,
How are you? Pain may be observed in an ovarian cyst if it becomes large, bleeds, breaks open, interferes with the blood supply to the ovary, is twisted or causes twisting of the Fallopian tube  Increases pain and additional symptoms may warrant further evaluation by your doctor.  It is best that you inform your doctor about this to determine the underlying cause. Additional diagnostic tests may need to be done. Take care and do keep us posted.
