Painful left Ovary

Hi, I have Endremetriosis, was diagonosied with it last Feb after an operation, after having extreme pain every month and really heavy periods. Over last 3/4 months my left Ovary I think feels like It Is swollen and causes me severe pain when walking, standing and especially when sitting. It comes usually every month before I am due on. I get throbing pain down my left leg. When I am sitting If feels like It Is swollen. Would It be that I have a Cyst on my Ovary?

Endo could cause enlarged ovary. Get an ultrasound to be sure.

Could be....or it could be that the endo has overgrown the uterus to the point it is now affecting the ovary on the left.
